Mid West Ports Authority (MWPA)
Martin and Malik were involved in both the IFS Phase 1 and Phase 2 projects at MWPA. The Phase 1 project implemented HR (basic employee information), Finance, Procurement and Commercial
The Phase 2 project rolled out Port Operations (Landside, Marine and even Casual Moorers), Maintenance, Recruitment and also involved numerous integrations with other systems to facilitate seamless processing.
Martin even relocated to Geraldton for 18 months to ensure the success of this implementation.
